Coordinate with third party for COBRA enrollment. Run reports and filing and stay current on all filing. Ensure that correct transactional information’s provided. Coordinate benefits deductions via the Human resources systems. Maintain and change employee files concerning insurance. Enter all employee benefit information into the system. Conduct benefits orientation/enrollments for all departments when needed. Promote a positive environment and achieve job satisfaction for all employees by assisting with claims as needed. Effectively respond to director’s requests in all areas of employee needs and concerns involving benefits. Primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
